Not all bad

Thank you. Again, I have to say thank you for the kind words, thoughts, prayers, everything. When I start to feel like I'm falling, there is always someone, many someones, trying to pull me back up. When I start to think women can't be supportive of each other, can't be happy for each other or hold each other up instead of tearing each other down, I think of all the AMAZING women who prop me up on here week after week, and I am totally humbled.

Mother's Day was not all bad of course.... how could it be when I have my girls? Some pictures..

Charlotte and Mommy at brunch (all she's interested in is her vibrating corn)-

Katie, and my nephew Owen-

I took these yesterday, trying to get their 7 Month pictures. Not overly succesful. It was much easier when they were teeny tiny and just sat there.

Charlotte the Starlet:

Miss Katie Katie:

And together... sort of...

Actually, Katie, you're in my light... MOVE!

Me, move? Whatever, Charlotte!! (I would say talk to the hand but that is just too played out. So Ricki Lake circa 1997).

Katie, serial arm chewer. No arm goes unchewed.

There's a lot going on in our lives right now. Thank you so much again for all the prayers. Please, not to be greedy, but keep them coming. We definitely still can use them.

I am glad you had your beautiful girls to make your Mother's day a celebration too.
I can definitely understand the conflict, the bittersweetness of Mother's Day or any day when you have a child who is gone.
I look at my boys and I am so grateful for them and sometimes I can't help but think that what they are doing my Angel Babies will never get to do. I am sure you must do the same with Jack and the girls.
All I can say, is hang in there. Those feelings are still there for me, but they are far less intense and less frequent, hopefully you will find the same to be true.

I have been following your blog for quite sometime now. You write beautifully. I am so truly sorry for your loss, I can't imagine the pain and dispair that you feel. Your little Jack will always be looking down on his family. Although he was with you for a short period of time, you will carry him with you forever.

I think of you so often. And by the way, I can tell your girls apart in the pictures now. You do such a good job of describing their personalities and then catching them on film or whatever its called these days.
