After what could only be described as moderate success with this whole solid food thing (and that's being generous) today we finally tried sweet potatoes. Oh, sweet, sweet, sweet potatoes, how loved you were!! An entire little container was finished, before that we had yet to finish anything.
The one picture of Charlotte smiling with a big orange grin, now that is pure joy. I laugh every time I look at it. It's like me with a donut. :)

So cute, as always! Mine haven't had the privilege of trying sweet potatoes yet. We're still on the green stuff. Green beans = not a big hit, peas are much better. Can't wait to try out the sweet stuff!
SO CUTE!! Glad sweet potatoes were a success. Hope they turn a corner and do better with the feedings now.

Yay! Glad to hear that they love the sweet potatoes! We tried bananas the first time this weekend and it was better received than the applesauce. We'll be onto sweet potatoes this week so hopefully DS will like it as much as the girls!

Adorable. Sweet potatoes were the first thing my kiddo took to as well. We have similar orange covered face smiles in our photo albums! Glad the gals got a taste of the "good stuff".
As always, your girls are just TOO darn cute! Here's to more happy eating...

Yay for sweet potatoes!! After several foods, this was the first one my daughter Rowan loved too. I love pics of babies with food smeared all over their little faces. :)
That is GREAT! Wait until you get to the combos.. oh, happy day.. the variety, lol!!
