Doppelganger

Since the day the girls were born, people have always said that they looked like my husband.


Daddy and Katie, and Daddy and Charlotte.

Personally, I don't really see it. (Ok, maybe a little.)

But there is always something about LaLa that does remind me of PJ. It's not so much her looks as just her, well, her Charlotte-ness. She makes such funny faces, and has this mischievous, dramatic yet silly side, that I look at her and think, yes, she is her father's daughter.


Ah, the look of disgust. Seen it many times. From both of them.

Then there is Katie. Katie looks like ME. Okay again, maybe she doesn't exactly look like me but her essence, her attitude, her disposition is very much like mine.

And when I see pictures like this I laugh out loud because if I hadn't been taking the picture, I'd have been sitting right next to her making the exact same faces.


HOT!! so hot... why are we still outside..... water....need water.....


oh, ice cube, I love you.... so hot..... need air conditioning.... and a popsicle......

It's like lookin' in a mirror.
